Which one should I pick?

Both are 525 GSM, 100% cotton. Zero Twist is our softest and most airy. Hybrid adds twisted yarn for a little more body and structure. Most people choose by colour.

What’s in the set of 6?

Two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths in one colour. Zero Twist: 27 × 54, 16 × 28 and 13 × 13 in. Hybrid: 27 × 54, 16 × 26 and 12 × 12 in.

What does 525 GSM mean?

Grams per square metre: how much cotton is in the towel. At 525 GSM they feel full and substantial without taking all day to dry.

Why is there lint at first?

Zero-twist cotton has loose fibres. A little lint in the first few washes is normal and settles quickly.

How do I wash them?

Warm with like colours, tumble dry low or line dry. No fabric softener, no chlorine bleach. See the care guide.

Will the colour match the photos?

Screens differ, so a colour can look slightly different in person. If it’s not what you expected, return it unused within 30 days.

How much is shipping?

Free across Canada on orders over $75. Below that, $9.95 flat. Orders ship from Breslau, Ontario.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Not yet. Canadian orders only for now.

Can I return them?

Yes, unused towels within 30 days. Personalized towels can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake. See Shipping & returns.

Are your towels made in Canada?

They’re designed in Canada and woven in Pakistan in 100% cotton. Hopefield is a proudly Canadian company: we choose every colour, size and set in Breslau, Ontario, and pack every order there by hand.

What are they made of?

100% cotton terry, 525 GSM, woven in Pakistan.

Can you embroider a name on a towel?

Yes. Click Design your towel on our Personalized page, choose the towel and colour, and add a name, initials, a little animal or your own picture. Until our towel studio opens, tell us your idea there and we’ll reply with a preview and a price.
